Refund policy

Cancellation is only permitted if:

There is a clear error on our side (wrong design, wrong details, etc.).

Customer will be able to choose whether to create a new order or cancel and receive a full refund within this condition.

No Cancellation for Invalid Reasons

Cancellations are not accepted 12 hours after order has been placed

Orders cannot be canceled for personal preference changes any non-valid reason

No Exchange :

All orders are custom-made based on customer selections.

Once delivered, items

cannot be exchanged for size, color, or preference changes.

If any custom requirements are left blank, the cases will be printed in blank.
